Since joining TBA Law in early 2024, Taylah has rapidly progressed into leadership, bringing a strategic mindset and dedication to operational excellence. Her deep understanding of the firm’s culture and client needs allows her to streamline processes, elevate service quality, and support the firm’s multi-office operations with efficiency and clarity.

Noelle brings over 20 years of experience in office administration and customer service across diverse industries, including insurance broking, retail, food manufacturing, and now the legal sector. As Finance and Administration Manager at TBA Law, she oversees financial operations, budgeting, and administrative systems, ensuring efficiency and compliance across the firm.
She manages day-to-day accounting processes, coordinates financial reporting, and streamlines internal procedures to support accurate oversight and smooth workflows. Known for her reliability and problem-solving skills, Noelle works closely with staff to support financial planning and operational needs, playing a key role in maintaining stability and contributing to the firm’s ongoing effectiveness and growth.
Lily completed her Bachelor of Law (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts at the Australian National University in 2021 and was admitted to practice as a lawyer in 2022. She has a particular focus in estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation and is committed to helping clients navigate complex and sensitive matters with clarity and confidence. Lily’s practice is supported by a solid foundation in general law, including property and family law, allowing her to provide well-rounded and practical advice tailored to her clients’ needs. She understands the unique challenges faced by rural communities and is dedicated to delivering accessible, down-to-earth legal services.
Outside of her legal work, Lily embraces all that Northeast Victoria has to offer and is a proud third-generation beef cattle farmer, maintaining a strong connection to agriculture and regional life.

Her dedication to professional growth is evident in her completion of an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing at RMIT— an achievement she pursued while working full-time during the COVID-19 lockdowns.

With 5 years of administration experience and over 10 years in customer service, Lauren is often the first point of contact for clients at TBA Law. Her approachable, solution-focused nature helps her quickly build rapport and create a welcoming, supportive experience.
In addition to her front-facing role, Lauren undertakes legal secretary duties and supports the Principal Solicitor with a range of administrative and legal tasks, helping the practice run smoothly and efficiently. Taylah joined TBA Law in early 2024 as a Receptionist / Admin. Assistant and quickly became an integral part of the team. Stepping into the role of Operations Manager, she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of all 3 offices, juggling multiple responsibilities with efficiency and a calm, can-do attitude.
Known for her friendly disposition, excellent communication skills and support to both client and staff needs, makes her a vital part of TBA Law’s continued growth and success.
